It’s all part of the process, and our job is to be clear in what we do so that we can get every client to be invested in their process. Consists of 6 sessions where we will perform a full assessment, including body fat measurements, postural analysis, movement screen, and several performance markers so that we can get a genuine idea of who you are as an athlete.
